I have been studying a lot of photographers and reading a lot of acting books to prepare directing my upcoming short film.  There is an interesting quote I can’t get out of my head by Annie Lebowitz (photographer).  She said, “It’s actually smaller than a moment.  It’s in between the moments, it’s so small”  She was able to creatively capture a lot in this small space she speaks of with her photographs.  I’m finding more and more that the less you force on an image or scene, the more you catch these little interactions that speak volumes.  This is the deepest you will ever hear me sound on this blog..haha!  Wow, I have been studying too much, right!!!!!  The photos above are taken by one of my favorite photographers and an inspiration to me, Marta Alvira-Hammond.  Wanna hear what she thinks about the world?  Go to http://malvond.wordpress.com
