I am off the plane and back in North Hollywood.  I got a little sick when I was back in Michigan but more pumped then ever for all the cool stuff coming up with Burn One.  We will be focusing on promoting our 2009 Calendar as well as wrapping a lot of major things up before the New Year.  I have just decided to spend New Years in Vegas this year!  This is a picture of the lovely Kirstina Colonnal at a shoot for our calendar.  She is Miss August shot by the unbelievably talented Kayvon Esmaili. Check back all week as i release the cover shot and NEW outtakes of the girls.  I will also be posting info on our Calendar Release Party that will be going down in two weeks!  It’s always fun to relax over the holidays and come back ready to take over!

I am boarding a plane home tomorrow to Ann Arbor, MI.  My first love!  I can’t wait to take a little break and see my family and friends.  However, I will be shopping our 2009 Burn One Calendar to several spots that have taken interest in selling them, while I am there!!  Burn One has a lot dropping in December so stay updated.  The 2009 Calendar, the release of ‘Shotgun Chaza’,  website refreshes, and preproduction on a new short drama starring my best friend and talented actor Kent Karson.  This is the cover of last years calendar with Miss Hannah Landberg.  She is still doing her thing in Hong Kong and we love her dearly!  I will be unveiling the cover of our 2009 Calendar very very soon so check back.  Good night for now!    

I have been on my computer ALL DAY! I am finally gonna stop so I can get out of bed at 9am to catch the Michigan / Ohio State game. Gotta love the time difference. I will be back in Ann Arbor for Thanksgiving, with the first copies of the calendar. I am meeting with some stores there to talk distribution. Whoop whoop! Here is a random picture of our hats. The calendar is at the printer and I am having the best day!  It will be in my hand next Monday!  The models are stunners and the photographers did such a tight job.  Our RED film titled “Shotgun Chaza” starring Catherine King and Casey Peters is very close to releasing.  Now that the calendar is in print I will be releasing a lot of clips at www.YouTube.com/Burnonepro  Subscribe to our page now!  This is a behind the scenes shot of me in photographer Myles Pettengill’s car, discovering a mystery tooth brush under the mirror. We shot the lovely Jinny Lee Story and Mika Saunders downtown, earlier that night.

Here is a behind the scenes shot of photographer Brian Baggett shooting actress/model Rose Aquino.  We had a crazy shoot, blasting ‘Lolipop’ on the ipod and sipping cheap champagne at Club Burn One that night.  An incredible group to work with, and the pictures are unreal.  Kent Karson is also in the final shot from this shoot.  He and I are one last draft away from our final short/drama we are shooting this winter.

I have to make this short because I am on my way to a meeting about my next film!  I am so excited about my short film that will begin shooting soon after the holidays.  I had a long writing session with the lead actor Kent Karson today and it is really coming together.  I was editing photos all night yesterday and the calendar is beautiful!  More outtakes coming, and thank you for the flood of emails about the girls!  Make sure you check out our store, and be part of making Burn One’s next film.  All of our projects are funded from our clothing sales.  This is a photo of myself directing three of my favorite girls Hannah Landberg, Casey Peters, and Ji Mi Kim.   Peace, Love and Burn One.

I am receiving all the final edits tonight from the four incredible photographers, Myles Pettengill, Kayvon Esmaili, Jaymz Eberly, and Brian Baggett of our 2009 Calendar.  Then it is off to a day of finishing touches and by Wed, they will be at the printer!  I have a crazy week ahead followed by a crazy weekend!  My website will be getting a facelift so keep checking back for some amazing changes very soon.  I am also wrapping up my next film in post right now called ‘Shotgun Chaza’ as part of RED week!  This photo is of Myles Pettengill photographing Jinny Lee Story at Studio 10 Entertainment downtown.

So many amazing things ahead I can’t wait!  I am going out tomorrow for Candice (MIss July ‘09) birthday to dance and get crazy which I haven’t been able to do since…oh wait…Halloween!  The calendar pictures have been finalized and this year is ridiculous!  I also recently had two wonderful meetings with the two lead actors of my next short film.  We have begun casting and I expect to shoot after the holidays.  This is a picture of Heather Storm taken by Myles Pettengill, who I’m finally going to see W the movie with later.  I love the random chick walking by…looks like a nun.  More soon.  Quick shout out to A.I. for joining my boys in Detroit!

” The inside of a whirlpool is not a place to stop or you’ll find you hit the bottom, before you reach the top.” I have had a very long productive day, and feel like a million bucks.   That is all I’m gonna say to all my friends telling me to stop working and sleep:)  This is a picture I took with my sweet old school 35 mm camera of the talented and beautiful Catherine King.  I will be doing ADR with her next week and then..drum roll….my next film, shot on the RED camera will be up!  More soon

Today was a rollercoaster!  First I want to express my extreme excitement for our New President!  Voting felt great and there was something in the air around town that is surreal.  I love Cali!  After voting, my computer proceeded to finally crash after 5 years!  Dramatic but hey it happens.  So I got a dope new MAC to celebrate!  This is a picture of the beautiful Miss Mika with Trevor, Evan, and Danny taken downtown LA at Studio 10 Ent.  It is one of many, many photos taken by Jaymz Eberly for our 2009 Burn One Productions Calendar.
